Helles Meats Pilsner

Lager ABV 4.6%

Inspired by Germany, delivered for London. Combining two of our favourite beer styles into one, we take the crisp, dry body of a German-style Pilsner and give it the gentle hopping of a Helles to create the beer we really want to drink – wanting this beer is the reason we decided to start a brewery.

 

A classic lager that’s exactly what it should be: easy-drinking, crisp and dry with beautiful bubbles. Clean and refreshing with a dry hop finish, you can taste the great depth of flavour which comes from the long, slow maturation in tank. This is how a great lager should taste.

Hells Lager

Unfultered Lager ABV 4.6%

It’s Hells Lager that’s unfiltered. Some would say ‘cloudy, we prefer ‘hazy’. Our Hells Lager usually passes through a filter before we package it to remove the yeast, but Unfiltered Hells is packaged straight from the tank. Where Hells is sharp and clean, this unfiltered version is smoother and more full-bodied. The yeast grips hold of more hop flavour, giving satisfying depth.

 

Camden Pils

ABV 4.6%

IWe’ve always loved pilsners and now we’ve got one of our own, made the Camden way. Our version of a kellerpils (unfiltered pilsner), dosed up with a good amount of U.S. hops.

 

Sharp, with a piney aroma and reassuring bitterness: The lightness of lager balanced with a dry and elegant hop character. Modern, fragrant and aromatic. A new favourite drink-anytime beer.

 

Camden Pale Ale

ABV 4.0%

We crash together the easy-drinking tradition of British brews with the bold hop flavour of American pale ales for beer made here in London.

 

Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it’s traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.
